Our talented interior designer’s Emma and Jo are currently creating designs for a number of rooms in a wonderful period property, which is full of character and set in a quaint Derbyshire village. Set in 3.5 acres and includes; seven bedrooms, wine cellar, gym, paddock, stabling and a coach house apartment. We are excited to share with our follows a few snippets, for the master bedroom design.

Using the existing mahogany 4 poster bed, this room will feel calm, elegant and timeless with pretty duck egg blue floral wallpaper by Lewis and Wood. Curtains will be plain lined linen and the roman blinds will be a small print of vintage rose to provide some interest to the window treatment without distracting from the beautiful wallpaper. Wall lights and a statement chandelier from Vaughan designs will be a stunning feature and give the room a truly timeless and sophisticated feel. A large Persian style rug will pick up the blues and neutrals, whilst vintage pink cushions and a bespoke bed throw will provide some warmth to the space. A bespoke velvet chaise and a round or oval table adorned with a few selected accessories to complete the design.
