PAYMENT METHODS:
Payment is in full by BACS for the online service and the Interior Inspiration Journey (upfront). A deposit of 50% by BACS or cash is required for the personalised service.

DISCOUNTS AND OPTIONAL EXTRAS:
We offer a discount of 5% for 3 or more rooms.

A loyalty discount of 10% from the Room Design Fees and Hourly Consultation option, is given for our existing clients.

HOURLY CONSULTATION OPTION:
If you prefer to receive advice and suggestions from our experienced and qualified interior designers, we can offer this on an hourly basis.
For example we can discuss paint colour; wallcoverings, fabrics, window treatments, lighting options and bespoke furniture etc.
Our hourly rate is £125 approximately, depending on the scope of the project, location and appointed designer.
This includes a home visit, we cover Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and nearby areas.
COMMERCIAL:
Design prices are priced individually according to the size and requirements of the project, please contact us for further details and quotations.
If you would like Clare Holland Interior Creations to implement the room design for you, the following project management fees will apply. This is based on a percentage rate of the total project cost. This method will ensure you know up front how much you’ll be paying for our service and allow you to budget accordingly.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICE
Total cost of project is percentage charged as follows:-
Our fee is 20% of the total cost of the project.
OUR TRADE DISCOUNTS WILL BE USED IN THE PURCHASE OF YOUR PRODUCTS, THEREFORE SAVING YOU A SUBSTANTIAL AMOUNT ON THE OVERALL COST OF YOUR PROJECT.
