Executive Rental Refurbishment Project –
My property needed quite wide-ranging improvements which meant initially seeking and then selecting many different contractors. The requirements were established in detail with each contractor which meant the project ran smoothly from beginning to end. I had a lot of confidence in the quality of (CH’s) work, and they gave a great deal of attention to overseeing and controlling the work as it was done. This professional management of the project made it very easy for me to take their advice on style, materials, colours, and overall design. In short, I was very happy with the results and would highly recommend Clare Holland interior creations.

We’d never used an interior designer before, but the experience we had with CHIC certainly validated our decision to use a designer for our sitting room. Emma from Clare Holland Interior Creations redesigned our bedroom. Very happy with the service received. EMMA LISTENED TO OUR NEEDS AND WAS ABLE TO PUT TOGETHER A DESIGN WHICH SUITED OUR TASTE AND CAME WITHIN BUDGET. We had not utilised this type of service previously but based on the experience received, we would recommend this service to others.

Contacting CHIC, having discovered them while browsing online, was one of the best decisions I ever made! My husband and I have never worked with an interior design company before and it always seemed like such an “extravagant” thing to do and perhaps not the norm. However, once we got started, it seemed like such an obvious thing to do! If you’re looking to improve the style and feel of your home, and whether you have any initial ideas or not, CHIC are able to add-to and fine-tune your existing ideas or come up with a completely fresh plan. Emma took the time to understand us as a couple, learning what our tastes are, and came up with gorgeous designs for our living room, master bedroom and daughter’s bedroom. Straight off, we were blown away by the ideas and while there was no pressure to feel trapped into the initial room designs, it just so happened that we loved them. One of the best parts was knowing we could feel comfortable with saying if we weren’t keen on something – that was a concern before looking into finding an interior designer. Our rooms are modern, vibrant and completely original, with incredible details and a wonderful combination of designs, and we’d have never been able to achieve these looks without their professional help. Who would know that it was so hard to first of all decide what you want, then visualise it and spend hours trawling the internet to find the things that you need to make it happen! To be honest I have actually really enjoyed the challenge but it has also given me a great respect for people who work in this creative area, until you do it you don't realise how much thought goes into everything, and I must say Emma has been absolutely brilliant throughout, acting as both a sounding board for our own ideas and opening our minds to new possibilities too. So glad we got in touch!

10/10 WOULD ENGAGE AGAIN

Clare put me in touch with Emma, a member of her team, who designed and project managed the total overhaul of 3x rooms in my house. Given the layout of my house that was a hell of a job including living room with music/cinema nook, hallway and landing and a guest-room/study! Now I have no idea about interior design, I got in touch after a year of living with a cut-up hallway carpet because I couldn't even pick that. Emma arranged everything and stayed in touch with my busy household while I was away on business - which ended up being the entirety of the project period and Emma ended up going above and beyond as I was not around at all. The living spaces are beautiful and exactly as flexible as I wanted them to be - going to take a 2 year breather now before commencing operation remainder-of-house.

WOW FACTOR! ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT

Emma at Clare Holland Interior Creations has been absolutely brilliant and has helped us design our remodelled home to give it the WOW factor! Emma had a very nice approach, she really took the time to understand our tastes and what we wanted and came up with some fantastic ideas and solutions, many of which we would not have chosen ourselves but have worked so well. Emma went above and beyond in her role to make sure we were completely satisfied with the end result, often taking us on field trips to see and choose certain products first hand and she also communicated well with our builders and kitchen suppliers. Even after all the fees have been paid, Emma has kept in touch and will be visiting the house to help us dress it up. Cannot speak highly enough of this company.Their interior designer was absolutely fantastic. She actually spent time getting to know us, getting to know exactly what we wanted, what styles we liked and disliked and came up with a design that matched our brief to perfection. She has made such a difference to our home, and allowed us to create a look that we would never have been able to achieve on our own. She kept within our budget, and at no point did we feel pushed to spend more. She always listened to our views, and our feedback, and acted in accordance to our wishes. An absolutely delightful company to work with.
