We had the pleasure recently of transforming an apartment in Nottingham, into a stylish residence ready for the sales or letting market. For our valued followers and readers, we will share with you our project journey with before and after photos of this contemporary abode.
This spacious two bedroom apartment is located close to Nottingham town centre. We commenced the project as an empty space, with fixtures and fittings in need of some tender love and care. Our brief was to transform the apartment ready for the letting or sales market.
Before Photos
The apartment was treated to a fresh coat of paint throughout. New LVT flooring for the living area together with; soft furnishings, replacement lighting, furniture and accessories. A brand new kitchen was installed with oak block work surfaces and gorgeous blue metro wall tiles. A spruce up of the bathroom with new floor tiles and replacement lighting. The master bedroom was transformed with a full make-over incorporating a new carpet, rug, furniture, lighting and soft furnishings. Similarly the study/guest bedroom had fitted a new carpet, furniture, soft furnishings and accessories. The balcony was not neglected and acquired the addition of an outside table and chair, ready for alfresco dining.
