Phase one of this 1920’s property project, was to transform the living room into a sophisticated social space. Luxurious fabrics and a mixture of textures assisted in creating this interesting and practical living room design.
Our client’s Aaron and Shila requested a living room which is light, airy and elegant with sophisticated lighting. Shila’s talented cousin will be providing the art work which will be added at a later date.

Bespoke Soft Furnishings
The elegant Grace sofa by Steed Upholstery was chosen. Upholstered in a velvet fabric by Prestigious Textiles called Sultan Dresden. For further interest the sofa was piped and button in Yarwood’s Chelsea leather in blueberry. The Grace chair was upholstered in Designers Guild Fitzrovia fabric. This woven velvet boasts a striking, offset geometric pattern. With subtle metallic threads. Again piped and buttoned in the blueberry leather. An elegant roman blind, made by Lynne Kelly Curtains, created in the same Designers Guild fabric adorns the window.
Area Rug and Coffee Table
The Palette coffee table. Featuring a structure of three distinctive shapes, crafted from different materials, the pieces unite as one to produce a versatile, modern coffee table. Lighting
Matching Pilsen ceiling and wall lights were chosen for their sophisticated and luxurious style. Cradling crackling bulbs, Pilsen’s perforated steel plates finished in brass contrast against a bronze so deep as to be almost black.
