We will create a truly unique room design, which reflects your personality, to your given specifications and within your budget.
THE SERVICE
We offer a one hour complimentary design consultation, by zoom, telephone or WhatsApp video call, to discuss your design project further. You can then choose from our array of services; if you just require some inspiration, you can select our 90 minute interior inspiration journey at your home. Or choose one of our room design services or the bespoke design & source service, if that’s all you require. If you prefer to hire our services at different stages of your project, you can opt for the hourly rate option. We can even tailor make a specific service package for your exact requirements. You can also sit back and relax with our complete package of designing and project managing.
We understand every project is different, therefore requiring a variety of services so we cater for all situations.
We offer a fixed fee per room design and a fixed fee for implementing the design (please see our fee list), so there are no hidden costs.
All room design services also include up to a 2 hour home visit to go through the design brief, take measurements, produce a floor plan and take photos. A further home visit of up to 2 hours to present your design and discuss it in detail.
If you would then like us to implement the design, we can arrange this for you and our fee is based on a percentage of the overall project. We are also able to negotiate special discounts due to our trade accounts, on products and services for you and all discounts are passed on to our clients.
Clare Holland Interior Creations has built up strong relationships with reliable, highly skilled and experienced trades. We will ensure the room design is implemented as efficiently as possible.
We endeavour to source bespoke and unique items to compliment your room design. Where possible we try to support local businesses.
Clare and her team can assist with small or large projects, from a single room design to a complete home renovation.
We listen carefully to our clients and produce room designs which reflect their personality, practical needs, taste, comfort and produce designs which are timeless, elegant and luxurious.

If you prefer to receive advice and suggestions from our experienced and qualified interior designers, we can offer this on an hourly basis. For example we can discuss paint colour; wallcoverings, fabrics, window treatments, lighting options and bespoke furniture etc. Our hourly rate is £125 approximately, depending on the scope of the project, location and appointed designer. This includes a home visit, we cover Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and nearby areas.

COMPLETE ROOM DESIGN
This service is for when you’d like to start from scratch and you require new suggestions for:
- Spatial layout plan
- Furniture
- Lighting
- Fabrics and finishes for soft furnishings, wall and window treatments and flooring

This is achieved by using your existing carcasses, plumbing and electrical connections. We can design a kitchen scheme that’ll incorporate new door/drawer fronts, new handles, work tops, splash backs, flooring, wall coverings, and appliances.

Bespoke Design & Source
Choosing a new sofa or deciding on which window treatment to select, can be a daunting task, especially if you require something a bit different. In collaboration with our trusted artisans, we can create a bespoke item of furniture, stunning window treatments or source exclusive room accessories. We will spend the time selecting stunning fabrics/homewares and creating innovative designs.

Interior Inspiration Journey
This service will provide you with inspiring ideas, suggestions and also physical fabric, wallpaper and paint colour samples. We can suggest lighting options, soft furnishings and furniture ideas, even space planning. In the 90 minutes we can discuss whatever home interior issues you have. We will leave you feeling fully satisfied and with the tools to tackle your interiors dilemma with full confidence.
This service will be performed by zoom or WhatsApp video for our online service option and in your home for our personalised service.
